Overland(ish) Warranty Policy
If you ever experience an issue with one of our products, please reach out to us at support@Overlandish.com. We'll do our best to solve the problem as soon as possible. We strive to reply to customer emails within 1-2 business days, but for complicated warranty issues and claims, it may take us longer to reply.
30 day no questions asked Warranty
The Overlandish Basecamps and Accessories, including the Overlandish Tents, Rainflys, and Tough Bags come with a 30 day no questions asked warranty providing that the product will be free from defects in material and workmanship. This warranty is valid for the original retail purchaser from the date of initial retail purchase through the term of the limited warranty period.
During the limited warranty period for the product, Overlandish will provide parts, repair, or replace your product, at our discretion, due to any defect in materials or workmanship. Acacia will provide replacement parts, but the customer will be responsible for installation. We do not offer monetary reimbursement, nor is the limited warranty transferable to any third party beyond the original purchaser.

1-Year Limited Warranty
